Suspension Service You Can Trust — Dynamic Automotive

Professional Diagnostics and Repair
A vehicle’s suspension is one of the most important components. It gives the driver feelings of strength, comfort, and performance. A vehicle’s reputation can be made or broken based on the suspension’s quality. That applies equally to its repair. A quality suspension repair gives the customer a sense of serenity and calmness. At Dynamic Automotive, we have a team of ASE Certified technicians who are well versed in all forms of suspension repair. They pride themselves on learning every nuance of every vehicle that rolls into our shop. We’ll handle your repair with care and guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
A Bump In The Road
Some of the biggest suspension problems occur with its individual components. This contains parts like control arms and bushings, ball joints, shocks, struts, and springs. Control arms provide the connection from the wheels to the steering. The adjoining bushings act as a shock absorber for the control arms. If either wears or becomes damaged, your vehicle’s handling will deteriorate. Ball joints connect the wheels to the suspension and will rotate when the vehicle turns. As they wear, they’ll begin to squeak when turning the vehicle. Shocks and struts are sorts of the same part, with struts hydraulically controlled via computer as opposed to shock absorbers, which use fluid to dampen the shaking when traveling over rough roads. When shocks begin to wear, they’ll elicit a bouncing sensation, while worn struts will start making a knocking noise. Springs may be the most vital component on your suspension. They hold the weight of the car together. A worn spring may cause part of your vehicle to sag, and eventually lead to a clunking noise driving over bumps.
Once we have your vehicle in our shop, our technician will begin their inspection by looking at the various components to determine what repairs are needed. Each part may show physical signs of wear and will need replacing on the spot. Depending on the layout of your vehicle, some parts may wear faster than others. Our technicians may give recommendations to ensure those service items are taken care of before the problem worsens. In addition, parts like the lower control arms, bushings, and ball joints will need to be replaced. This is to keep the wear on the parts even, so you don’t have to worry about coming in for multiple repairs.
A Comfortable Ride Home
When the technician finishes their repair, they will take the vehicle for one final test drive to make sure everything is running smoothly. After your vehicle is brought, we call and let you know your vehicle is ready. When you arrive, our service advisors will guide you through the repair, and give you an extensive maintenance plan going forward.
