What is the Dynamic Automotive Rewards Club membership?
As a Dynamic Automotive Rewards Club member, you will earn a minimum of 2% back* on every vehicle repair or maintenance. It’s simple: come in for service, earn points for every dollar spent, and receive cash back towards future repairs.
*Higher total spends in a 12-month period may make you eligible for additional rewards!
How do I join?
Simply sign up here or in person at one of our locations. It’s free to join, and you can start earning points immediately!
How do I earn and redeem points?
Members earn points on every transaction at any Dynamic Automotive location. Your point total is available on the rewards website, no physical card needed! To redeem your points, simply let our team know you want to use your rewards cash when paying your next invoice.
How many points do I need to redeem rewards?
Rewards will initially accrue at 2% in your account after you pay an invoice. For example, if you spend $500, you’ll earn $10 towards a future repair. Plus, if you spend a certain amount in a 12-month period, you’ll be moved up into higher tiers that earn more cash back on each transaction:
- 2% Back – Silver Tier ($2999.99)
- 3% Back – Gold Tier ($3000- $7,999.99)
- 5% Back – Platinum Tier ($8,000 & up)
Occasionally, we will run special promotions that may accrue points at a rate higher than 2%, or we may offer special bonuses for Rewards Club members.
Do my points expire?
No, points do not expire. We’re grateful for your business, and want you to be able to use your rewards anytime for being a dedicated customer.
Can I combine my reward points with other Dynamic Automotive discounts or offers?
No, rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or special offers, though some exclusions may apply. When applicable, points will be earned on the remaining total invoice amount.
How do I check my points balance?
Log in to your account and view your points balance. You’ll also receive monthly updates about your points status and rewards via email or text – depending on which communication method you selected at enrollment.
Can I cancel my Dynamic Automotive Rewards Club membership?
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, and you can do so through the rewards program website.
