Service Advisor

Provides estimated cost of suggested automotive repairs and scheduled routine maintenance to customers by greeting and compiling customers concerns. Communicating customer concerns to technicians. Preparing estimated cost of repair by itemized work order. Maintains customer rapport by explaining estimate. Develops and maintains customer relationships. Must be able to work in a team environment, have good oral and written communication skills, have knowledge of data management software or systems plus advanced customer service and sales training or experience.
